Several weeks apart, two college aged boys are found dead, their bodies dismembered and put on display. The police think it's a message sent by one of the drug cartels. The mother of one of the victims is convinced otherwise. When she hires former police officer turned private detective, Marcus Maddox, the truth he uncovers is far more sinister.
