Waking up, getting the kids ready for school aren't nearly as difficult as planning what to cook for the day. Tasha cook, a working real estate agent discovered a whole new trick up her sleeve. Preparing quick, easy and health wise food for her family, she has been able to be all three in one, home maker, wife and mother. The instant cook is her compilation of several of her best recipes which she has perfected over the years. Her family has also been of great support during her time writing the book.
