The three planes are mind, body, and soul. We are an infinite and immeasurable soul, with a mind, living in a body. Your soul is filtered through your mind and body. The mind acts as a filter, limiting the soul's full expression of its potential. Your mind will tell you that you are incapable, inferior and unworthy.
