This book was designed as a resource I wish I had when my grandmother passed away. As a Paralegal and Life Insurance Agent, I knew I could prepare a practical guide to help others avoid the chaos and family feuds we had trying to figure out what was the most honoring decisions as we said our goodbyes.

This is a workbook for writing in wishes should the owner of the book become unable to speak for themselves, are dying or just deceased.

In addition to getting yourself a copy, adult children should consider getting it for their aging parents and helping them get the workbook completed.

Life throws unexpected curve balls. In the case of sudden emergency, when a person's wishes need to be properly represented - family members will be glad this document was prepared ahead of that moment.
