Winds and Strings and Silver Wings: Frank's Sonata
Francis Balensiefer
The journey from a small farm to a large firm - and back again - provided the author with memorable thrills, chills and tests of wills. The skillful description of people, event and experiences is done with both humor and pathos. While the book's revelations might seem to be fictional, we are assured that they are not. Events, people and places are clearly and accurately described and narrated. Music - and women - offer a melodic and moving theme to this man's song of life. Written in three parts, "When You and I Were Young," The Winds of War" and "The Good Life," Balensiefer's account of his life and loves will tug at your heart, yet bring smiles, laughter and some incredulity."Frank's Sonata" is a tune you won't soon forget.
